I have had good luck handwriting my letters and getting good results.

In the dispute letter to the CRA, do we ask for specific evidence or documentation?

i.e.: If the account was paid off prior to collection, do we ask for complete record of charges & payments?

Or do we save that for court?

    Thank you,

    Hi John.
I disputed with Experian and demanded them to delete addresses I no longer live at, but instead of deleting them, they updated the addresses. Can I sue?
