On line identification would require a pink acetate filter, to match the DOT Physicians Physical & Organ Donor permission slip, starting at ages 28 to 30 yrs old ( complete ' form shape ' to ' shape form ' exempt box identification )…a Drivers License will be required at those ages, where a permit should be Driver Ed // DMV issued, with proper Confined Space Training up to that age. Operations and Occupations should come together on this new Operator and Stand by Operator Titled subcontractors combination contracts.
