Solution when credit reports don't get fixed (FCRA)

Yes occasionally there are exceptions but the rule we discuss in this video is the one simple solution when you can’t fix credit reports even though:

1. You found errors

2. You told the credit reporting agencies — Equifax, Experian and Trans Union — of the errors specifically

3. They won’t fix.

Thanks for watching this video!

Thanks for the great video!!! I know this may be a studio question but, when I write my dispute letter does it matter if I use a pen or pencil?? I just don’t want them to be able to scan my letter.
Also, on all of my accounts on my credit report, they all have a lot of inaccuracies that I’m sure that I can get them deleted easily. Should I dispute each inaccuracy one by one or all of them together?

Great content, I recently subscribed. In addition to Terrence Vinson’s concern I got a credit alert from Transunion that stated “New Account Opened”. It is the exact account I disputed. Did they delete the erroneous account and reopen a new one? Why did that happen?

    Hi John
What if Transunion send you an investigation report and it states: "We investigated the information you disputed and it was verified as accurate; however we updated: Past due; Payment received. Here's how this account appears on you credit report". It's the same information from before the dispute, nothing changed. Is this lie grounds for a lawsuit?

    Thanks John,

I registered for the Credit Repair training seminars, however haven’t been able to catch the live streams.
How can I get the playbacks?
