I need help! I have a car I owe on with a 21% rate and I’m upside down if I trade in. Only have a 640 credit score. What should I do? They want me to trade in for a brand new car but idk if it’s worth it or wait till I get my credit up then do that.

Always ask for the original contract with your signature on it, 100% of the time they don't have it, cause when you signed it it was sent to the Federal Reserve wich it then bundles up the contracts and sell them as security on the open market, So the proof is gone !
