In this video I go over how I was able to remove a 60 day late payment from all three bureaus on my credit report from Capital One.

To remove a Capital One Late payment I sent a good will email to the CEO of asking him for a good will adjustment to have my late payment removed.

Here is the email template I used:

Be sure to make it personal, thank them for their time and let them know how much it would mean to you and how it would personally affect your life if this late was removed.

As you can read from the comments on the blog containing the good will template, you may have to send the email and letter to multiple different VP’s and higher executives but this has worked at Wells Fargo, Capital One (4 Late pays removed!!) and American express.

You can get the CEO’s email from www.ceoemail.com

I also sent the same email in a letter to the CEO’s address using www.letterstream.com just upload your word document of your letter and send it off for just around $1.

Take the few minutes to send out these emails and letters and I’m sure you’ll be glad you did! Don’t wait around, get to work on it!
