    NAAA THIS IS BS, WE HAVE SENT AUDIO FILES FROM THE CUSTOMER SAYING I WILL DISPUTE THE PAYMENT DECLARING THAT I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO MADE THE PURCHASE AND THE BANK WILL GIVE ME THE MONEY. EVEN WITH THAT PROOF THE BANK WILL STILL SIDE WITH THE CUSTOMER.

    If you run a honest business, keep good records, be accurate in product description and make sure your customers actually receive the item they purchased – most chargebacks will be reversed.

    As a customer I had a vehicle repossession (voluntary) I disputed the claim won the dispute and had the claim dropped off my credit. Now a year later a collection agency has purchased the debt and is suing for more than the remaining cost of the repossession and the debt has been re added to my credit so I guess I'm just screwed.

Go to http://www.ic3gov There you will link up to an FBI law enforcement website or visit Losangelesacfe@gmail.com certified fraud examiners that offers a list of investigation and restitution services for free, there it will tell you what you need to have to report the crime. Once you have the information needed click on the file a complaint button. You will be directed from there. it was helpful in my case, reporting the scam helps them take one step towards arresting the scammers.

I believe refunds are better than chargeback but learning to spot some early warning signs to help prevent this crime from happening is an ultimate goal as online scams are still on the rise.     I have my second charge back..lost ..then won..then lost again..so far always on the right and sent a LOT of information..I believe you can not win these..my current one is almost just labor..so my card processor agrees with me and say's you better call corporate…gee thanks ….bounced checks and these insurance companies that say..did you get authorization…I really have a hard time dealing with the public..you provide a great service..do you get paid..at least you thought you did
