YOU SAID IT PASCAL, YOU SAID IT…ARTICLE: BRIAN LAUNDRIE, NYPD POLICE CHIEF BELIEVES LATEST DISCOVERY IS "QUITE STRANGE", EYEWITNESS NEWS ABCNY. HE SEEMS TO THINK, THE PARENTS GOT A PHONE CALL/TIP , FBI ARE CHECKING PHONES TO SEE WHO CALLED THEM TO TIP THEM OFF. BRIAN LAUNDRIE IS DEAD, AGAIN BRIAN LAUNDRIE IS DEAD!!!

Dude, thank you. I have been feeling crazy because I had the same thought. I am not a conspiracy theorist, rather a storyteller with a wild imagination. With all of the oddities of the case thus far, the stubborn, hellbent silence of Chris and Roberta, and the sudden desire to search for Brian and stumbling upon his personal items, I can't disregard the possibility of a non-fatal, self-inflicted wound or severing. This all screams evidence-planting and coverup. Also strange to me was Bertolino's statement discussing the high likelihood that the remains belong to Brian. It almost seems like he's trying to lend credibility to a false possibility to distract from a coverup (if that ends up being true). Yes, it's insanely far-fetched, and I will admit I'm not seriously investing in this possibility, but it is POSSIBLE. Lastly, I would like to offer why I think this is possible. I believe Brian is a product of a narcissistic family dynamic. In families like these, I know two things to be true: First, living under the rule of a narcissistic parent, and especially when there are siblings, there is always a 'golden child' and a 'scapegoat.' This makes me reflect on the fact that Cassie was the only one to speak about Brian publicly. She also didn't jump to shut down any rumors regarding her parent's involvement. What is her relationship to her family? Could she be the Laundrie scapegoat? Is Brian the golden child? Is there favoritism? The other truth I know is within a narcissistic family, great lengths will be traveled to preserve the family, whether it be the family's image, or literally saving the life of a family member. This is amped tenfold if my suspicions are correct about Brian being the golden child. A severed finger or toe is a small price to pay to evade detection. IF, on the extremely off-chance any part of this is true, I wonder if the notebook will contain a suicide note. This would give the impression that he is dead, tie up the investigation, and he's long gone sans conviction, literally getting away with murder. ***Side note: It's also telling that not many people know this family well enough to discuss their habits, mannerisms, and other things that neighbors and acquaintances can typically pick up on. Image preservation is vital to narcissists.

Again, I recognize this is unlikely, and I'm not seriously pushing this possibility. But, I cannot YET commit to the idea that Brian is dead, even if the remains belong to him (unless, like you said, the remains include a head or torso or some other obvious body part). If they don't belong to Brian, then it is my personal belief he's still alive.

They have to drain the swamp now

  5. Elaine says:

So weird that hundreds of law enforcement were searching tirelessly for over a month found nothing and when Chris enters the script, he finds his remains immediately. Lol rrrrr..iiii..ght. Is it lowwandry or laundrie?

  6. Elaine says:

Not a press conference, a statement

  7. sharon siegrist says:

Mommy and daddy come in by their OWN CHOICE and magically they find Brian's things! Mommy with her red backpack unescorted into preserve finding these things WITHOUT gloves on hands over evidence to a policeman also without gloves. Corrupting evidence?

  8. Zo VanEaton-Meister says:

I believe that the Laundries "discovery" is an attempt to avoid prosecution for misleading LE to the Carlton reserve in the first place. There is NO way.

  9. Jessie Diane Ryan says:

If that is Brian’s remains then Dog was wrong, John Walsh was wrong and I was wrong.

  10. Jessie Diane Ryan says:

Why did the parents find these items and LE subsequently find remains Wednesday but all these searchers, drones, airplanes and helicopters did NOT find him just a couple of days ago? Something suspicious, in my opinion.

  11. Angela Van Wynter says:

…why are we assuming these things are separate??? …it sounds to me like …body found WEARING backpack!

I’ve gotten so invested in this case I’m ready for a finale to come and I want some answers ! It does get emotionally and spiritually draining when you get so
Invested and don’t know what will come next. Gabby’s family needs to start healing and get some answers.

  17. Star Franklyn says:

I find it strange the Dad was called in a few days ago, then they open the park, now this, are LE helping the Laundries set this ish up?

  18. K T says:

If he is dead, I don't know what to say about this. I feel terrible for his parents. I don't know if he murdered her, but it is nothing like the loss of a child. Also, if he didn't do it, the law enforcement may never be able to solve this since they were focusing so much of their investigation on a person close to the victim.

  19. BECKY O says:

The manhunt should still continue, all that was staged to keep Brian alive. The Laundries have clout and a strong connection with Law enforcement

  20. BECKY O says:

The human body found is not Brian's. He's in hiding
