    Hi, thank you always for the great work, but the issue is that many attorneys when I send them these cases, they go that these cases are weak because the consumer can't show damages. I think its still a FCRA violations.
    Pls help.

    Thank you John for the Great content! So I sent out my dispute letter via certified mail which was delivered 27 days ago, I have yet to receive a response from the credit bureau. Once they exceed the 30 days time-period and it becomes an actual FCRA Violation should legal action be my next step? Appreciate your feed back. Thanks

    What if the entire history from the Original Creditor is missing? Just a claim by a debt buyer with no other particulars.

    Hi John. This video covers some of the issues I've been having with Transunion. I sent over my dispute as you requested, I also filled out info on your website. No one have responded back as of 3 weeks. I think I have a big case against Transunion. Will you take a look at this please?
