Does the statue of limitation apply to the state where you currently reside? Or where you lived when you first obtained the debt? For example 4 years ago I lived in Arizona, had a car loan, credit cards through Chase, apartment etc. Lost my job and moved to California. All Credit cards, car loan, eviction in Arizona were charged off 4 years ago. So does this apply to Arizona laws? Or California laws since I've lived in California these last 4 years. Thanks so much for your help!
