1. Restore your credit after filing for bankruptcy to qualify for a mortgage

* There are many instances where consumers may obtain a credit score greater than 700 FICO one year after the Chapter 7 bankruptcy completion date when credit is properly restored:

– As soon as you file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, your creditworthiness will drop by more than 150 FICO points
– However, this sudden decline is temporary
– Even if you do nothing to restore your creditworthiness and improve your creditworthiness, your consumers’ credit score will naturally increase over time
– Falling after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy is like a heavy hangover
– Your hangover will regenerate over time, and so will your credit and credit points
– As time goes on and your credit report gets older, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy will have less of an impact on your credit score

* Again, the great news is that homebuyers can now qualify for an FHA loan after a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, just two years after a Chapter 7 bankruptcy waiver.
