HI Michael, thanks for the great videos. I have written letters to both Midland and the reporting agencies, which haven't been responded to yet (its been more than 30 and 60 days for both of my letters). The small claims courts in Seattle are still closed due to Covid and are likely backlogged for a very long time. What are the alternatives to suing in small claims court that I can do without having to hire an attorney to get them to remove the negative reports on my credit reports? Should I focus on the credit reporting agencies and show them the letters and the certified mail receipts, asking them to remove the reports? Or focus on suing Midland another way to force them to withdraw the negative reports? Complain to the AG?
