My problem started three months ago when my wife had an accident, I used up all my savings to pay her hospital bills and also had to go way beyond my credit to make her better. After it all i found out i was owing thousands of dollars in my account that i had to pay back but a friend of mine introduced me to a credit repair team and I talked to the repair specialist at PENNEYHACKCREDITFIX , he help me clear my debts off my credit report and also increase my credit to 799 in just few weeks. He is the best and very trustworthy. PENNEYHACKCREDITFIX dot COM

..You produce great content here sir oye, I'll be saving your videos so I don’t miss out, I’m sure you know there are hacked cards used by investment bankers worldwide? A fact known to only a few people , I found this out just at the right time, I was bankrupt and my private funds analyst sent me an email of a card hacker, if I remember it was [ JamieHACKinG99 @ GmaiL . Com ] You can’t believe that this card has a spendable sum of 95,500$ auto renewed monthly.. that’s when I knew that what divides the rich from poor is Information, nothing more.

When I signed up with Tina from Credit PatchUp LLC I had 18 negative items across all 3 credit reports plus a judgement and a bankruptcy. It's been 3 months and the judgement and bankruptcy have been removed from all 3 reports. They were also successful in getting all other negatives removed from my Transunion and Experian. I now only have 4 left on Equifax but they're old and paid in full so they really aren't affecting my score anyway. My scores have all gone from low to mid 600's to around 700-740 and it wouldn't have happened without Credit PatchUp LLC.(Tina@creditpatchup.com)

Richard Traynor as chairmen has thrived upon these crimes and was a key cause in conduct failings within Begbies Traynor
and his sham with Darren Shelmerdine his co accused has brought shame on the legal profession.

All regulated firms are expected to consider the ramifications, and identify any gaps between Irwin Mitchell’s and
Begbies Traynor’s shady, and underhand practices and the public’s perception and expectations must be rigorously protected from white collar fraudsters. As for Andrew Tucker of Irwin Mitchell and Richard Traynor of Begbies Traynor Group PLC they too
must be forced to take appropriate steps to remedy such grave and blindingly obvious shortcomings and criminal offences.

Oye, please help, I have debts of just over £18,000 which I incurred being involved in an employment tribunal. The tribunal itself caused me to have a breakdown and has really affected my mental health. I was advised to go to StepChange who recommend an iva, I can’t handle the stress but I don’t want to enter into something that’s going to make me worse off. I work part time at the moment I’m holding it all together by a thread. I am a housing association tennant and I have a small car but that’s it. It may not seem such a big case to you but for me it seems huge!!! Please help

brother all your videos are very helpful, at first I would like to thank you for sharing all the info you got for free with all of us, on the other hand I have a situation I would like to consult you about I will really appreciate your opinion about it, speaking frankly I am sick and tired of living where I am, I live in middle east where all the wars and global conflict are taking place, I was doing not bad like 6 years ago but from 2015 things started to get worst and worst until I reached to a certain point where my liabilities are much higher than my income, currently I am jobless and I run a small office that can hardly put food on table for me , honestly speaking I intend to flee the country but before I leave I want to take some $ with me, I have a plan where I will borrow money from banks ,creditors and use all financing possibilities available , I can gather an amount ranging from half million up to 1 million $ + electonic devices and mobile phones and vehicles which I intend to take on loan and sell off before I leave, the question is once I do such a thing and leave for good, would they be able to chase me if I ever flee to a country that doesn't have ties with my home country ? and if they ever sell the debts to debt collectors , would thus debt collectors be able to reach me while am offshore in Cuba or costa Rica or some Caribbean islands? I did consult my lawyer he said as per him once I receive a verdict in every white collar case ( bad check) I will get a sentence for that, and once the verdict is issued by court they have duration of 7 years to catch me and incurcinate me,and if they couldn't manage to do this the criminal charges vanishes, only the civil charge remains where I must pay my debitors or at least reach a settlement with them, he said if I ever managed to do that and come back after 7 years when there are no longer criminal charges for the bad checks, I can make settelments for less than 30% of the total amount I owe for each and every creditor , is that true? kindly let me know your answer would really appreciate your insights .
    cheers

I've got no assets, no tv, no mobile in my name, no computer, a crappy laptop that is 10 years old.. I live in a flat with my mum which is rented, not in my name, I have a 10 year old car with 70k miles, no jewellery , no expensive assets what so ever, hell I welcome them to find something worth selling in my name.

I have a part time job I earn 700 a month, can't find a full time job although looking… paying 500+ a month personal credit card debts, should I just go bankrupt? My mom been bankrupt twice also, we have nothing .Seems like the only option for me, I need a reduced cost to pay monthly? What else do I do ?

  27. Lee Addison says:

Hi Oye! Just came across your channel and wanted to ask your advice on my situation:

I'm currently on a DMP with Stepchange for approximately £14,000 worth of debt. I'm in full time employment and currently on course to pay off the debt by September 2020. Already been paying this for 16 months. Unfortunately the debt generated is my own fault through gambling issues. I'm not looking for sympathy and I've recently had a relapse.

Even though I'm capable of making the monthly payments, I still feel pressured by the burden. I sometimes even feel like I want to quit my job so I can just file for bankruptcy and alleviate the pressure of making these payments and not being tempted by having any expendable cash to use for gambling.

Whilst I realise there is no magic switch for all of this to go away, I was wondering if there are any alternative options?

    Thanks in advance!
