John I wish there was more Attorneys like yourself!, I own a ethical credit repair business in Seattle,Wa . I partner from time to time with 2 law firms if a Debt Collector oversteps their legal boundaries and sue them/get settlements. Why is it most Attorneys Don't take cases where there's a clear FDCPA violation on Added interest or fees FDCPA808(1)? and the OC has no contract with consumers. I See it all the time, collection agencies just add fraudulent fee's every month to hurt consumers credit reports. Its like Most Attorneys see a small $200-400 acount and $100 + in fees assessed but yet a lot of your colleages dont like to pick these up on contingency basis?

Even if its a small Violation …never the less it still a violation correct? can an Attorney ask for the legal fees just as well as if it were any other type of a settlement??
