Can you refer me to FCRA attorney in Texas
What if two of the three credit bureau’s are reporting the same information however the third is reporting totally different can I dispute for that charge off to be removed?

2. Identify incomplete information.
3. Identify inconsistent information.
4. Identify information that just doesn't make sense.
5. Identify information that is just wrong. It's not your stuff, for instance.

Good Morning, this is Anthony Wright, what if the credit bureaus don't want to delete any old addresses from my credit report, because they said it is with a collection agency, and they can not delete any addresses from my credit report. Thank you.
