I'm thankful that Jesus have carried me along the way. I'm thankful for all the Front liners, news cast, YouTube channel and all the people that has been keeping us safe and up on information during this pandemic. I'm thankful I've been able to help others and others have been able to help me. Coming together and carrying one another has helped us brothers and sisters in Christ. I'm jus thankful that we all trying to stay afloat and ride this wave together. Thank you Jesus.

Seeing your FICO8 would be a more relevant standard to actual lending and UW actions. It is NOT a myth that you should have at least a $1.01 balance on at least 1 revolving credit account even if all the rest are at $0.00. If all revolving credit card accounts report a $0.00 balance at the same time, your FICO8 score will drop 10-16 points, while at the same time your Vantage score will shoot up tremendously. I know this for a FACT. Since most lenders and UW's use FICO, then you are better off to follow an AZEO strategy. If one is concerned about interest, then I'd say that's why we utilize the difference between the statement closing date and the due date. You're other points are on target.

I have been an authorized user on others accounts and I have had authorized users on my account and in either case the authorized user did not have any benefit and it did not show up on their credit report. If they were a co-applicant for the card then it showed on their report (or my report) but just being an authorized user had no benefit. I called several of my companies (trying to start my daughters credit for her) and they also confirmed that having her as an authorized user on the account would give her no benefit credit wise because it was not reportable on her report unless she or I were a co-applicant on the account. How are you getting authorized users benefits? My daughter is an authorized user on many of my cards and none of them are reporting on her credit report neither are the ones I am on.

WARNING One thing that you didn't mention is that credit card companies have a practice where they actually lower your credit limit for non utilization. So when you talk about using your credit cards as debit cards and just pay them off and pay the statement balance people can lose money because once the balance is $0 the bank can cut the credit limit down and use that available credit to another customer where it will earn interest for them. I have seen this happen to relatives and it happened to me when I paid a card off. So I would caution anyone who doesn't want to lose their liquid cash by paying off cards thinking its just transferred to a credit card and still available and raising their score in the process, because banks can slash your limit and then your liquid cash has just been slashed as well.

After trying to remove erroneous, unverifiable and premature accounts from my personal credit report, an European Cyber Security Technician, Engr.SolutionXHAck helped me removed them, I can’t thank him enough for life, this are account that should legally not be there and He gave me some golden secret about the consumer laws that govern what the creditor and the credit bureaus can and can’t do, I was sensitized about the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting act). He can manage your credit score, help you settle/resolve your credit score dispute and help you challenge it with the law when it is not in your favour. I was so much impressed by his work and that’s the reason I’m recommending him as well. You can reach him via email f i x x h a c k x s p y @ g m a i l . c o m …

My credit started off without having any credit. I got credit karma and repaired a few errors that weren't even mine! I disputed them they removed them and I started off with a Finger hut account which established credit and that was in 2016 started off at $180 having to send $30 in with 1st order and it went towards the order. Then in a month went to $400 and now $5000 its pricey to pay back but I add a little extra each month and have extraordinary credit payment there's another book called Gettinton they approved me as well. After 6 months with good payment history apply for credit one, children's place, indigo, Bealls and my credit score is only 680. But I pay what they ask plus a bit more than what they want for a payment.

  28. TheKillerPoncho says:

David thank you for this info. But I would like to say that you will still reap the history benefit of a closed credit card for as long as it is listed on your report. I recently closed 2 crap cards that were costing me $200 per year with a very high interest rate. I did ask them to wave the fee or I am closing the account and they said they dont do that. They are listed on my report and are still part of my credit history. I did get an increase on 2 of my other cards that was more then double the cards I closed and was able to get a high limit card from my credit union. Paying all the cards off to zero has worked for me. Also anyone trying to fix or build their credit can use Self Lender. The credit agencies also want to see a diversity of credit. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
