My fears about this new credit model are if they start implementing the Chinese model with this model. I’ve heard rumblings of them wanting to use your Internet search history and other social decisions that you make to be included like whether or not you get your vaccine. I know they want to implement more of a Chinese style social credit score system which would be horrific for freedoms in our country. They always make it seem like a good idea and try to spin it with the fluffy stuff but I have a feeling this goes much deeper than just helping out the little guy. I can almost guarantee this will grant people more control over our lives. I feel so lucky for coming across some guys. I was in bankruptcy and glued to crushing student loan debt which I still battle in my mid 40’s. Thanks to the team at Markenstech911⏺Com .. I am no longer in bankruptcy & all negative marks erased and to top it off they assisted me with my student loans, which I no longer have! I can now move forward in my life and live a life free of financial hardship

Good evening, how are you? I got a question. I had an account with a Credit Union and apparently in 2018. I am active duty Soldier. I moved and I forgot to pay them so they charged off my account for $485. The charged off account just show up to my credit file. I called the bank but according to the representative I do owe them $485 and the account was transferred to an outside collection agency since 2019. The collection agency has not report anything to my credit file. The charged off is still being reported by the bank which is the original creditor. I offered to pay them the money but I was told that I need to contact the collection agency since they have my account now. I sent the bank a cashier check and request for them to delete the charged off account off my credit files but the bank sent me back the check and declined. I got a new cashier check and add both the bank and the collection agency name to it and send it to the collection agency now and asked them to have the charged off deleted off my credit files. I am waiting on their decision to see if they will except and delete the account for me since I am paying them the full balance. My question what if the collection does not except to delete the charged off account what can or should I do next? Should I dispute this account with the CFPB next because this charged off is destroying my credit because the original creditor is still reporting it as missed payment after 2 years?

I disputed a debt on my collections and it was taken off my credit but I really don’t know why am I still responsible for paying that debt? Even though removing a debt doesn’t cause credit score to increase won’t it help when a loan officer looks at credit report and that debts not there.

Make sure before you dispute bad accounts , you remove personal information on your credit report first that could be used to verify those accounts are yours.

I listened to the info you provided and I must say that from my personal experience, you are 100 % WRONG!!! NONE of those recommendations work my friend.
    1. The debt collector must give you the mini-miranda, "this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose, this is an attempt to collect a debt".
This statement MUST be given by the debt collector to the consumer when communicating with the consumer, failure by the debt collector to give this statement violates the (Federal)FDCPA-And State FDCPA., which allows the consumer to sue and possibly collect up to $1000, more if a class action ensues!
I won't charge you for this, but based on my very extensive knowledge, your going to have to come a lot harder than this my brother.

  26. KING ZEEK says:

Is it true that I have to pay my collections first?

I have $8,000 in past collections I need to pay off my collections before I remove the inquires?

  27. S P says:

ABC tried to take me to court. They told me to pay via credit card I did not have one. They told me I could get a visa gift card and pay online and that would not work since they were out of the country and it caused me to be stuck with cards I spent money on and I could not get cash out of them. Now I realize that it is a 3rd party I never had a contract with and I learned a hard lesson. Your name is not legally written on contracts and there are many English language mistakes on contracts that makes them all null and void.
