Today we’re going over 3 different tips on removing bankruptcies from your credit report and the method that I specifically use for my own clients. I also go over what you do NOT want to do, so this is a very important video if you need to get rid of a bankruptcy! You may also schedule a call with me at if you would like to see if I can help.

I made this video because I’m asked all the time how to delete a bankruptcy and I’m adding this to the FAQ playlist as well.

Video notes:
Did you know that bankruptcy is
most definitely can be removed from your credit report if it’s
done the right way, so that is why we are talking about
bankruptcies whether they can come off, how they can come off,
and what you should not do today. And we are starting right
now with my beautiful flowers in the background. Here’s the deal.
A lot of people don’t realize that bankruptcies are the most
difficult thing to remove from your credit report. So if it’s
not done the right way, then not only will they not come off, but
you’re going to end up wasting. All your time and your patience
and losing your hair and all of that. And you don’t want to do
that because we want to get back to 240 points that you probably
lost from your credit score. Okay, people are not going to
give you a house and I’m going to give you a car. They’re not
going to give you money. They’re not going to give you anything
if you have bankruptcy on there and even if they do, we’re
talking about way less than you could have possibly gotten, if
you had just removed it the right way. All right. So here’s
the deal. What you don’t want to do. Is you don’t want to waste
your time, sending letters to the court asking if they verify
with the bureau’s because they’re going to say no and
you’re supposed to take that letter and send it to the
bureau’s and get your deletion and it’s not going to happen.
And this is where you waste your time. Because now you’re going
to go in this big ass circle with the bureau’s of you didn’t
do this. And I did that and you didn’t verify and they said in
the court said and blah, blah blah, when all they have to do
is say well, guess what? Even though the courts don’t verify,
we verified it through LexisNexis and then when you go
and Say why suppress LexisNexis, they’re going to say well we
gotta from Pacer. Okay, so you don’t want to have to go through
all that.
